This CD rom was developed for IR when I was working there in 1999. It included over an hour of video clips, compressed in mpeg format to fit within the 364 meg limitation of a common CD Rom. The primary program used in the development of this project was Macromedia's Director. The CD Rom was used in several successful presentations to acquire new video and multimedia projects.
