THAT Agency Launches!
After 80 hours of development time THAT Agency finally launches the new site. If you didn’t know already, THAT Agency is where I work now. Boalt.com is now THAT Agency so we’ve got to get used to answering the phone as such. For those of just getting used to answering the phone all together it should be an easy transition. Check out the site by clicking the image above. Lots of case studies, AJAX, CSS, PHP CMS system, a full Nucleus blog written by our talented staff and so much more. Check it out! There’s still a little work left to do but the team really cranked this thing out over the past two days. Graphics and flash elements by Neil, SEO by Daniel, copy and content by Bill and Michele and construction, CSS, XHTML, AJAX and implementation by yours truly. I really dig this site and the girl on the home page is a sultry one, haha.... Permalink

Yet Another Engagement
It seems this is the time of year for that sort of thing I guess. Dean and Jen are engaged! I never heard of a South African Shotgun wedding but it’s all good. I doubt they’ll get married until the baby’s born so I guess it won’t be a shotgun wedding after all. Congrats big guy. We’ve got to hang out again soon – now that you’re no longer my boss. btw: the photo was taken at Alon’s birthday party last year. Johnny was trying to molest Dean hahaha. It was just the gayest image I had of Dean. Sorry... Continue Reading

Thanh-Ha’s Engaged!
Congrats to Lance and Thanh-Ha on their new engagement! If you’ve been following my posts over the last year or two you’ll know that Thanh-Ha is surfer chick from Vietnam that surfs with us in Delray from time to time. Great girl and very easy on the eyes as well. Congrats kiddo! I call her kiddo but she’s actually a few years older than me though you couldn’t tell. I wish you guys the best of luck and hopefully I’ll have a chance to see you soon. Here’s looking for the next big swell in Delray.... Permalink

Text Is Back
Well, as far as I know it is. I can finally get text message on the new phone. What a hassle. You’d think with a Blackberry Media package I’d have no problem getting text messages… wrong. The didn’t even have the correct device set up to my account. In their defense I did probably buy the phone at the wrong time of the year when “everybody” is getting new phone and services. For now I’m stuck with Cingular – let’s just hope it gets better from here on out.... Permalink

Looks Like I Missed It
Dan just called and let me in on the refraction swell that came through Delray earlier today. Clean 3-4 footers for everyone! Everyone but those of us who were stuck in the office all day. Ah well, I guess I can’t catch them all. He said the line-up was completely crowded with non-locals from all over south Florida. Probably Ft. Lauderdale up to around Boca. This weekend looks promising for some surf locally so keep an eye on the beach cams.... Permalink

That’s Irritating
Well it looks like I’ve been unable to receive text messaging on the new phone. Of course I’d have no idea unless I tried to send several to myself in an effort to test the service. Sometimes I swear Cingular sucks ass. Sometimes there pretty good but this is not one of those times. I’m sure I got several text messages over the holidays and I do apologize for not responding guys. Hell, I’m usually one of those guys sending out holiday texts but not this holiday. Nothing got through, at least not that I’m aware of. No wonder no... Continue Reading

OK, Maybe Not…
Looks like we’ve got the day off – and we didn’t know it. Neil, Daniel and I have been sitting here waiting for anyone else to arrive. Finally someone did and he’s only in today because he’s going to be out tomorrow. So it looks like I’m Heading home! Yay!... Permalink

Back In The Office
Ah, a lovely rainy Tuesday morning after Christmas. I hope you had a fantastic Christmas break and if you’re lucky you have today off. If you’re like me and you don’t then at least next weekend’s not too far away. My Christmas weekend consisted of eating, sleeping and watching movies. I did get a chance to go over and visit Ramil, Carmen and their new baby boy Rulon once again. Looks like I’m the unofficial Manrique family photographer but I don’t mind one bit. He’s a cute little peanut and I’ve never seen Ramil more stoked about anything else. I... Continue Reading
