Katherine and I went through the photos last night and uploaded what we thought was appropriate. Lots and lost of photos. Now we just need to go through and add captions. Some really need captions. Once you get around the page 14 range things start getting good, haha. The little Canon I have for drinking photos is on it’s last leg I’m afraid. The dent in the front from July 4th of last year in Ohio has shown it’s damage. The only clear photos that can be taken with it now are only taken if you’ve zoomed in just a bit. Handing the camera to someone who doesn’t know usually ends up in crappy blurry photos. Sorry guys. There are a few that would have been awesome if it wasn’t for that. Holy crap what a good time that was! The drive down and back were the only real drawbacks (aside from being slightly sick and hangovers). Katherine and I took off around 6:30pm on Friday and headed south to her Dad’s place in Islamorada as a nice stop over point for our trip down. Dinner was great and it was good to meet her Dad and his girlfriend. The next day we were up and after breakfast headed south once more finally arriving in Key West around 2:00pm. Beautiful weather. I got the call from Ramil last night on my ride home from work. Rulon, his little peanut is getting baptized next weekend and he wants me to be the photographer for the event. Cool, I’d love to bro. I can’t remember the last baptism I was at. Probably because it was my own and only my Mom knows how old I was then. Sorry for the lack up updates lately – it’s been absolutely mad around here and I’m just now catching my breath after a good weekend. Not a great weekend but it was alright. Last week had me under the gun for a Friday deadline and I don’t miss deadlines if I can help it. That on top of other jobs that I didn’t have time to really catch the details on made for one hectic and nerve wracking Friday. Sorry for the lack up daily updates – it’s been busy busy busy around here lately. Friday dealines on short notice projects. I recently picked up a real “page turner” called PHP Solutions. The kind of book that would most like put you to sleep but in the long run it’s a great book for me. The more I know the better off I am as far as web technology goes and you can never know enough.
