Though I’m still feeling the effects, I did survive Cinco De Mayo. Yesterday was spent mostly on the couch cursing my love for tequila, haha. A pretty good group of us went down to Moquilla’s in Boca. Lots of Corona, Tequila and Mexican food. I’ll try and get some photos up soon....

That was fun. It was also really good to see my buddy Jay again. We’ve got to hang out one weekend pretty soon. The flight was pretty smooth on the way there though the landing was a bit drawn out. Tampa’s airport had shut down all but one runway so we were landing on the main commercial runway. On our approach there were three huge commercial jetliners just waiting for little ole’ us to touchdown so we waved as we passed them and then got the hell off the runway. Bill and I are flying out to Tampa this morning to see my buddy Jay for a design job. Sweet. So we get to hop back in to a little Cessna and hit the friendly skies once again. This is just a quick update, I’ll write a bit more tonight. Have a great Thursday everyone – Cinco De Mayo is only a day away…or is it a day and half… two days. Whatever, bring on the tequila!...

Yay, I got to spend an hour and half on the phone with Comcast last night in regards to my cable service. The first mix-up was from my bank who sent the bill to the wrong location a couple weeks ago. They since sent out a check to cover the bill but as I found out last night, that bill never arrived either. Hence, my sacred cable service was turned off. What the hell! So three phone calls to Comcast later and a payment made by phone and I was back online and enjoying the Daily Show. Now the missing...

Here’s a quick shot of the new stick. 7’ 7’ McTavish rounded pin tail. No surf to speak of to get it wet but I did put a nice layer of wax on it last night in the hopes that there may be something rideable in the next couple weeks. I can’t wait. I’ve been loading up the iPod with DVD’s, Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes and Reggea music for the trip. Now it’s just a matter of learning some more Spanish in the hopes that something may sink in before then, haha. I did find a great program for...
