Goodbye Sweet Little Mini

Mom just called me here in the office to let me know the bad news. One of the two puppies she kept died today. Little Mini (Cooper) fell sick for some unknown reason and had to be rushed to the vet. Mom’s pretty torn up about it too. I’m so sorry. At least I had a chance to play with her when I was home. If you’d like to send a message to my Mom feel free to drop a comment here or send it to me and I’ll make sure she gets it. I love you Mom, it’s going to be ok.  ... Permalink

The Swell Is Coming

Finally a swell in the water. It looks as if the weekend should be hopping, maxing out around ft according to this model from Surfline. It’s going to be quite a bit smaller over the next day or so, so I packed the Robert August Longboard for the day today. Dan’s got the day off so I’m sure I’ll be getting surf reports from Delray and north periodically throughout the day. Let’s hope they’re good. Back Alive

Yeah, I made it back alive Monday night. The trip home always seems to take 10 times longer than the trip there. It was a blast of a weekend. Spent time with my family. Mom, Sheizka and even my uncle Tim. Got to play with the two puppies there were left as well, Dyna and Mini. From there it was on to “Motorboatin ’07″ at Surfaces house.
