It’s a bit chilly this morning but overall the weather is awesome. What a nice break from the upper 80′s we’ve been having over the last weekend. These mornings are rare down here and honestly they’re just refreshing to wake up like that. I’m looking forward to my walk to work this morning.... Permalink

And if you’ve been following my twitter feed you probably know why. So here’s the story (thus far). Typical Monday morning and I’m just walking to work as usual when turn the corner of Dixie, cross the street and I see her, gorgeous brunette and her friend walking towards me. What a fun weekend. I ran into Vince and Annette by the pool on Saturday and it was all fun from there on. I went FalconHouse to hand out with my Georgianna and her hubby for happy hour then off to Oshea’s on Friday night for a few only to wake up on the couch and decide to get some sun. Tequila shots, Corona’s flowing and grilling steak and asparagus by the pool. Good times. After that I went to Echo (no idea why) for a few more with Conner and Dusty which was pretty cool. If only to move that disgusting picture off the first post position. Overall a pretty good Friday. I spent most of the day working Sol Melia stuff, booking form updates and banner ads, whoo hoo! Hey, it’s all good and happy to have something on my plate for next week as well. I can’t stand being bored at work. The weather looks like it’s going to rain very soon which is good, I have a chance to rinse the dust off of my ride. I maybe drive three times a week and it’s rare I go anywhere when it rains... Not much going on down here. I think work for everyone is pretty much slowing down. I’ve talked to other designers in the biz and larger clients are pulling back everywhere. Probably because of high overhead and over-leveraged stock so I think we’re all hoping this trend doesn’t continue. As for me I have a busy weekend planned of lounging by the pool, cooking out with neighbors and probably drinking my fair share of tequila (once again). That’s what weekends are for. Sorry, just had to post this one. It’s been sitting in my “Blog Images” folder for awhile. One reason I wanted to post this, not that it’s really that relevant is I’ve recently broken down and tried a dating site…. and holy crap there are a lot fat people out there.
