Late last week I decided to head up to PGA to pick up some tequila for the weekend when I was pulled over by a friendly neighborhood police officer. I was doing 38 in a 30, not too tough to do. He really just wanted to pull me over and make sure I had my motorcycle license. While he was running my tags and giving a warning I noticed something a bit funny with my front tire on the bike. I could see the fabric in about eight places round the sidewall of the rubber…not good. I probably only had a few more miles before the damn thing would have failed on my and my luck, it would have been on I-95. So, today I headed over to my favorite motorcycle shop for a replacement front tire and installation. The guys over there, rock. Tire was only $110 and installation was only $40 so I was stoked all together it was under $200. When I blew my back tire I spent way more considering I had to buy the tools to get it done as well as the tire. So, needless to say…I’m glad I took care of that one....

After a day of waiting for new projects to come in from Washington I decided to spend the time waiting to finally getting the Rockwell site up and running. Loads of projects and a pretty basic design but hey, it works. There are still a few glitches to work out here and there but overall the day was not wasted. Not billable, but not wasted. After a day of recouperating yesterday I think I’m finally able to recap the trip a bit. Wow, crazy and tiring trip from the word go. Mike and I hit the Palm Beach train station around 4am on Thursday morning after getting what I’d probably call, no sleep. It’s tough to get some rest when you know you have to get at 3am to travel for a day. After getting to the station we barely made the train, running our asses off over the terminal bridge. Two hours later we were in Miami but wow, that will wake you up...
