Oh man I sure hope so. Surfline’s got me all packed up sitting here in the office just waiting for 5 to roll around… and it’s only 7:36am. Longboard is locked to the roof of my ride and shortboard (…Lost) is in the sock, waxed and ready in case the size is a bit much for the log. Palm Beach has a tendency to be a bit punchy and will pitch you over the lip before you have any idea what just happened. Makes for a sometimes challenging wave on a longboard.
Keep an eye on the Delray beach cam today, I’m sure we’ll see a dramatic difference from what is currently out there. The near shore model is calling for some serious surf reaching up to the 8ft range. This…should be interesting.
