Customer Service Woes

Yay, I got to spend an hour and half on the phone with Comcast last night in regards to my cable service. The first mix-up was from my bank who sent the bill to the wrong location a couple weeks ago. They since sent out a check to cover the bill but as I found out last night, that bill never arrived either. Hence, my sacred cable service was turned off.

What the hell! So three phone calls to Comcast later and a payment made by phone and I was back online and enjoying the Daily Show. Now the missing check is still floating around out there insighting me to write yet another “friendly” letter to Bank of America who still can’t seem to get it right.

The first letter I wrote about the initial check foul-up was handled very professionally and I thought it was taken care of. I was actually going to give Band of America props for their customer service but this is just plain dumb. Anyway, just a rant but if I see the deduction in my account one more time believe me there will be no letter. Just an angry Damien on the other end of a very heated phone call.
