Mike arrived safe and sound around 3pm today. He’s beginning to settle in nicely. Trish made us both dinner tonight and we all went over the “basic” ground rules. Looks like he did a ton of legwork today collecting job applications from half of the restaurants in downtown West Palm.
After dinner we took him down to the beach to get the night view of the weekend hotspot for kids his age. I’m sure he’ll take no time at all getting a job down here but for now I’m just trying to get him to relax and enjoy south Florida.
