Slumdog Millionaire – Wow

Even with moderate expectations I was really blown away by this movie. It was so good it’s hard to even put into words and yes, that’s rare. I had an opportunity to go and see this last night and when left the theater I was in a sate of awe.

The story takes you along the journey of two brothers who’s mother was killed while they were very young. They’re joined by a little girl named Latika who’s also in the same predicament. Living in dumps and in slums on trash and handouts it’s really amazing how they survived. Each had a different path and overall it’s much more than a love story, much more.

The children in the movie are actually from the slums of India and your heart just melts watching these little kids. It’s funny, energetic, dramatic suspenseful and the method that the story is told is sheer genius.

THIS, is a must see movie. Slumdog Millionaire
