A welcome sight on Saturday morning was some minor wind chop. I joined Pat just after noon down in Boca at Palmetto Park. From the beach it didn’t look like much but once you paddled out it was a nice surprise. 2-4 Feet and actually lining up quite nicely. We surfed there for about 2 hours or so and took a break in Delray. It must be spring break down here or something because I’ve never seen that many people on Palmetto Park. Especially not that many bikinis – it was wonderful, haha.

A couple of beers and a burger at Bru’s room was next. I didn’t even notice but sitting right next to me was my ex, Katherine and one of her friends. She came over and said hi and we caught up a little. I was surprised to say the least.

We checked Delray for more waves but it wasn’t really rideable so I headed home. Thought I’d check out Palm Beach and again caught some luck. 2-3 and rolling. Nice. Surfed till about dark and I was stoked.
