Looks like we may have some surf on tap for the weekend and hopefully building through Monday. The nearshore model for Delray is looking promising but as usual the upcoast spots will get the better of the swell. So wax those boards up boys and girls, it’s almost time to get back in the water (thank God).
Surfline’s 36 Hour summery:
36hr Outlook – Friday is small early but N windswell develops and spreads south as we move through the day. We should see 1-2’+ N windswell peaks upcoast before dark; far SFL stays mostly minimal all day. 4-5’ choppy NE swell is on tap for Saturday upcoast. This is looking smaller to far SFL in the 2-3’ (poss. plus peaks) range.
