And if you’ve been following my twitter feed you probably know why. So here’s the story (thus far).

Typical Monday morning and I’m just walking to work as usual when turn the corner of Dixie, cross the street and I see her, gorgeous brunette and her friend walking towards me. I smile and say good morning as I pass and she does the same. Blue eyes and stunning, so I promise myself if I ever see her again I HAVE to stop and ask her to join me for coffee or something. I was so impressed I tweeted about it, yeah, I know what you’re thinking.

Here’s where it gets good….she was thinking the same thing, and sometime during the day yesterday she became a little detective and found me online (not that hard if you know my name but she really had nothing to start with). So after some research she found me on LinkedIn (among other places) and by the time I got home from work there was this mysterious message in my inbox.

Needless to say I was in complete shock, sitting at my desk with a kind of perma-grin. So I replied and after a few messages she convinced me to meet her in Boca for a couple drinks. Obviously I did and to be honest, I’m still in shock and awe. The good kind.

Now this morning I’m torn because I want to keep my plans to hang out with her again tonight but I promised Eli we’d go out for his birthday (totally forgot). What to do, should be no question. Eli’s going to kill me but wow. It’s a dilemma.
